Equipment & Supplies Division Sales
Superior presently has the most qualified outside and inside sales force in the industry today. To meet your technical needs or your everyday supply requirements, we are there to service you. The Equipment & Supplies salesmen are specifically trained in this division's product lines. Our outside salespeople are equipped with the latest communication equipment to quickly respond to your calls within minutes. Our sales vehicles are always loaded with equipment for that immediate delivery or demo. Our salespeople are trained on products, applications, promotions, and financing... helping to make them a real asset to your jobsite. Lease Purchase
We are able to arrange financing for you on most equipment purchases. We can also design a monthly lease payment schedule which can be tailored to your needs. |

Delivery/Pickup
We do offer statewide delivery service and beyond for our rental equipment, instrument services, and jobsite supplies. If we receive your call by 9:00 a.m., we can almost promise same day delivery, otherwise you will receive the delivery the following day. There is not a jobsite in New England and New York out of our range. We also realize there will be times it's a real emergency and we can immediately adjust to respond to those needs. |

Rental Purchase
We do have limited programs available to convert a rental to a purchase. All rental
to purchase transactions must be clearly defined before the onset of the rental, otherwise any paid rental will not be applicable towards a buyout. |

Accessories/Fuel
We have many accessory items for our rental equipment which are not listed in the rate guide. In some cases these accessory items may be an additional charge. Also, fuel is
not included in our rental rates. We provide fuel for your convenience and will then add the
fuel cost to the rental contract. |

Rental Period
Our rental rates are based on nine hours running time per day or forty-five hours weekly. We feel this is a considerable advantage over our competitors who offer an eight hour
running day. Two shift usage is charged at one and one half times the normal rate. Three shift
usage is charged at two times the normal rate. |

Service/Parts
We service everything we sell in-house. Our service technicians are factory trained to repair many types of equipment. Basically, most smaller jobsite equipment which is gasoline,
diesel, or electrically powered, we have the capability to repair. We offer quick estimates and
turnaround on all of our service work. We also carry an extensive parts inventory in stock on all the basic replacement parts for the manufacturers we represent. Also, our parts network is quite complete for any major
manufacturer in the industry, so we can normally have non-stocked parts within a few days.
And, no parts order is too small. |
